Thousand Oaks Corporate Plaza - A two building property containing 84,000 sq. ft. The original office building (64,000 sq. ft) was acquired in 1997 and significantly renovated by The Johnston Group. TJG then added the Phase II building (20,000 sq. ft.) in 2001.
